Project Management and Community Engagement
Innovative, respectful engagement leading to measurable outcomes.
If you need help managing a project or delivery of a community engagement program please get in touch.
I have successfully managed projects both in Australia and overseas that have involved several hundred people through to working with small groups intensively managed through to breakthrough outcomes. My experience has been gained over 30 years through employment as a Project Manager with Local and State Governments, within an Indigenous Tertiary Education Institute, in my own private businesses and as a Director of an international charity. I am well connected with other experienced colleagues if a team is required.
We understand how to work successfully with diverse groups of both volunteers and professionals in community and workplace settings.
